What's new about that? When it comes to public restrooms there will always be an unsanitary person and personally I've seen things in toilets than were FAR worse than that.

well thats a toilet with pee inside of it...i recommend the person to flush the toilet because its just sick leaving it like that and for the person who put it up...take the photo off because its just pathetic putting a picture of pee in the toilet online. WE SEE PEE IN A TOILET EVERYDAY. we all do use bathrooms so i am sure everyone knows what it looks like.
