stretching exercises will help limber you up

You should probably stretch more often. A mistake most people make is not warming up. Before stretching, jog in place for about a minute. That should get you warmed up. Now stretch. You should probably find out what parts of you are not flexible and practice those more. Set goals for yourself!

Here are some stretches you can do:

♥ splits
♥ touching toes
♥ butterfly with your head on your feet
♥ full lotus (the most common meditating position)
♥ running stretch
♥ leaning to the sides and middle when in a straddle
♥ head rolls
♥ hold your foot behind your back
♥ bridges

♥ make up your own!

Also, you could try yoga.

Hope I've helped!

try bikram yoga. stretching is the only way to become more flexible, but bikram yoga should work faster. it's yoga in a hot room, heated over 100 degrees with high humidity.

Just stretch everyday and push yourself a little bit farther each time, don't over do it. Just go until you feel a tiny stretch and maybe stay that way for a few seconds.

But that's how I've always been told.

stretch yourself to the limit everyday. All throughout the day keep doing exercises to stay stretched out. Stretch in a warm climite because that naturally stretches and relaxes your muscles. Good luck!

Easy...all you have to do is start stretching when you exersize. Don't push yourself or you will get hurt. Just remember when you reach your goal keep stretching so you can keep up your flexibility.
