The Rock because he was actually an athlete (he played college football and had a stint in the CFL). Shawn Michaels was more of a pretty boy.

Interesting question. The Rock doesn't like Shawn Michaels at all, so I think that if they actually fought, he'd actually want to beat up Shawn.
However, in a wrestling match, they would probably have the Rock win because he was more popular than Shawn overall. If Shawn was a heel or part of DX, he might be booked to beat the Rock.
In a true fight, I think that the Rock would have an advantage because he's bigger, but you never know.

i think shawn micheals would win cause he is in the wrestling game right now and the rock had retired and shawn micheals has fast reflexes

They are two completely different wrestlers, but in their prime, Michael's would win, because he has more experience and he never gives up.

I think that there would be a series of matches where they both would win equal matches.(Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle situation) They were both fan favorites in most of their careers. It wuld have been a very interesting match to watch. If this was of any help, please vote for it as the best answer.
