She does it as a joke. Her baby is 10 months old (i think). The dog just had pups3 weeks ago, she puts the pups elsewhere and puts the baby down at the moms boobs. It latches on and suckles. Is this normal? Is it harmful for the baby?

I cant call the cops or children services on my friend! They are still on my *** over some nonsense. They would come out snooping around me and i would be in trouble again.

I REALLY REALLY hope you are joking! If you are...not too funny. But if you are being serious, you need to report her. That isn't right!

Yeah sure...and the moon is made of green cheese, martians are little green men with antenea growing out of their heads and you can house train a pet rock. Get a life or get some original materail. That's an old story that has been around the net for at least 15 years! In Austrailia it was claimed to have been a Dingo...

Call me strange but i feel sorry for the dog. The kid is probably cut from the same mold as mom and you and probably will grow up to be wacked out of its mind anyways regardless. But there still might be hope for the dog and its pups. Call the humane society.

Hello,
Okay, this is child abuse and should not be made light of.
This is very cruel to an infant or any baby for that matter.
I would advise you to make an anonymous call to CPS or call your local police department. If you get in trouble this time for something else you did, then that is too bad. You hang with the wrong crowd anyway.
Hope this helps you.............. : - O

Pretty gross, not to mention just plain weird, but aside from the parasites and bacteria baby can get from the pups' saliva, probably not harmful. Ask this friend when the pups were dewormed, then ask when she plans to have her baby dewormed too. That should wake her up!

If this isn't a joke, i suggest you report her. She doesn't sound like a mature stable mother to me.I don't think that it is too harmful, but nursing mother dogs sometimes contract worms while carring and nursing pups. This could be transfered to the baby. Also if the mother dog has any transferable illnesses..then of course the baby could contract that as well.
report yyour friend and disown her....she's a nut case.Just think about when the kid gets older....what will she do to that child that is funny to her.

That is a form of child abuse. Turn her into protective services. The baby won't get the proper nutrition from a pit bull.

This woman should be reported to a child welfare agency. This dog could turn on that child in a heartbeat. She should be in jail. And HELL NO! It is not normal. Turn this moron in. I would call the police right now if I were you. This is just stupid!

that is wrong in so many ways. your friend needs to get her head checked. I own 2 female pit bulls.first and foremost you do not mess with a dog that is a new mother. that is asking for trouble. she is putting her baby at a great risk

If you are telling the truth...call DCFS. Get the baby taken away from her. That is horrible. And if you don't, then you are just as guilty. NOW - if you are lying - then you are a sick individual.
