No it is not reliable. I've had nothing but problems with it.

PSP Blender links you to files on other Web sites that are being distributed illegally. If you download them, they are re-distributed to others at the same time, which makes you a distributor too.

If you're looking for files you can download legally, you can find them much more easily with any search engine.
