The entire World wants and craves Love!! You have an opportunity right in front of you and your wondering whether to "Stay or Go"?? He has "Anxiety Issues"?!? And last but by NO means least a son of 7 years?!?!?!?!?
My Dear!! Happines does NOT come in a pretty wrapped box, you have to get out the flour and baking soda and heat the oven up and brew it yourself. Your "Blinders" are focusing your vision on too little, thinking it's too big.
Pick out your best Bra, shove 'em in it, grab your Husband, tell him to throw the issues out the window, nail him like he has never been nailed and then just before you get off the bed, Look him dead in the eyes!! "Get your "You Know What" together, get out there and beat the hell out of the world!! Then get your fuzzy butt back home, 'cause we got stuff to be doing in this Life!! We ain't gona find "Happiness" just lying around some where!! So lets cook some up!!" I mean you gotta do that everyday, till all those things change. You must understand that the world doesn't care about you, your husband or your son!! But I'll bet that you do!! So "make" it happen!! Your in my prayers.

dontwobears is right on the money! You may want different things, but you wont find them outside your existing marriage. You take your issues with you. BOTH of you should seek professional counselling to determine how to get back on track to common goals and a plan to achieve them. Stay and put your energies into making this marriage work!
