It depends upon what you drink... sodas are full of sugar. I wouldn't recommend going on a diet like that, not without a lot of research to make sure you don't hurt your body doing it. Everything in moderation is my motto.

Drink what? Cause I wouldn't recommend something with lots of sugar. Either way make sure you're getting enough vitamins.

if you think you need to loose some
weight do it the healthy way.
a diet.
not starving yourself.
starving yourself for just 7 days
could lead to anorrexia.

none, because the minute you start eating regularly, you will gain it back. just try eating smaller and more healthier meals
