Cowboy boots-thrift store.
and on disneychannel.com, go to the hannah montana section, click on games and activities, and it tells you how to dress like Hannah Montana.
She also has a style guide SOMEWHERE on the internet. it's where people search for the clothes she wears on the show. I've found exact matches of shirts that have been worn on the show. They are mostly in unique stores though.

You know, at Macy's there's a Hannah Montana line, and for the cowboy boots, try a western supply store like D&B.

if you're creative, you could get chep clothes form thrift shops or eBay and add little sparkles or whatever hannah has on her clothes. in this way, you might be able to recreate some of her outfits.
if you don't want to mess with all that creative stuff, you can just look in thrift shops or ebay anyway to llok for clothes that match her style. if hannah has an official website, you can see if she has any fashion secrets or her own clothing line. i hope you find what ur looking for!
