Uh no I was crawling at 4 months according to my mom and walking already at 7 months. Every baby is different though. My son didn't crawl until 8 months started walking at 10 months and my daughter started crawling at around 6 and a half months and walking at 11 months.

It just depends on the baby!
But on Average 7 months is probably right on track.

nope. Sounds just right. Some babies are earlier than that, some are later, more towards 8 months.

Early would be 5 months. Like my brother. Who completely skipped crawling and starting walking around holding on to furniture at 5 months. NOT how you expect to spend those weeks... chasing an infant. SHEEW.

My daughter was 8 months on christmas day and is not crawling. I would not say that its considered early though. She was 1 month premature. 7 months is about avarage, however every baby develops on his or her own time scale.

No.

Did you know crawling is NOT a developmental milestone??

Some babies never crawl--just go straight to walking.
