im in the middle of reloading my laptop and its telling me that the file ialmnt5.sys (intel extreme graphics) is needed. what do i do??
i doubt i have that file!

If it will let you finish loading windows just continue and than download the Intel extreme graphics driver again. If it will not let you re load windows try cleaning the CD, if that does not work try contacting the manufacturer and they may supply you with another CD. Otherwise yyou will just have to purchase windows XP from a shop than download all of the drivers that are needed.

Finish installing Windows with the default driver then download the extreme graphics driver from Intel.

Rut-Roe. That looks like it's the chip that runs most of the stuff you see (w/o it everything would look distorted and pixelated-ish. That happened to me). Start your PC up in safe mode by pressing F8 when the brand name stamp of your computer is shown for a few seconds at startup.
