The cops have been on the radio making public service announcements that Massachusetts has decided to get serious on drunk driving. You probably will have your license suspended, pay a fine, maybe get some community service, possibly court ordered AA and an insurance bill that would gag a Kennedy when your renewal comes up.

never go to court witout a lawyer they can make this go away or get you a treatment program why do rich white men do no time because they are willing to pay a lawyer an intake with a lawyer is free for the first meeting then they tell you their price to take the case its worth 5 or 6 hundred to be clean records and do no time lean towards an outpatient treatment like AA its free and gives the judge and out to keep you out of the jail

the lawyer you hire will make a difference in the sentence. my guess is not much unless the system is required to by law.
