I'm right there with you on the breakouts. One rule of thumb is to use products that are hypo-allergenic, most products will say this one their packaging so read closely. I personally use MAC Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15, it's a liquid and does an amazing job of coverage my spots without feeling like I'm wearing anything at all.
You can also buy a concealer stick that contains 2% salicylic acid such as Maybellines Pure Concealer Stick (http://www.ulta.com/control/product?FT22=2125237&product_id=VP11588&add_product_id=NULL&add_category_id=&variant_id=2125237&add_amount=&quantity=1). This product gives extra coverage of blemishes while treating the acne.
I've heard mixed reviews of mineral based makeup such as Bare Minerals. Sometimes these products leave a irridescent sheen on your skin which can look strange.
Just remember to save your receipts when you buy a products because if they don't work out or you get a reaction during the first week you can always return it.

If you break out, I wouldn't use regular liquid foundation. I agree with the others, try a mineral foundation. I use arbonne's mineral foundation (arbonne.com). I have oily skin, so I also cover that with a layer of CoverGirl loose powder. Loose powder is better than pressed, because the stuff that keeps the powder pressed can break out your skin. I believe that CoverGirl has a sensitive skin loose powder.
Also, just because it is natural doesn't mean that the product does not contain irritants that can cause break outs.

The bestthing you could do would be both foundation and powder. Don't use the foundation all over your faces just in the spots where the pimples are do this until the pimples r covered. Then take powder and gently brush it over the foundation this helps it look more naturally so it doesn't look like oyu just put paint all over your face

I also use Bare Minerals, it really helps your skin get back to normal. If you're just looking for something for coverage I like to use Merle Norman's Luxiva Lasting Performance.
