I mean if you are divorced and the children are around four yrs. old.

You can visit thru your phone. besides just talking you can see each other as you talk. Your phone can also take pictures and print thru a computer. Seat up a video camera once a month. Get on there and talk to them, show them things that are new around the house, etc. E-mail a million times a day if you want to. If you don't have a computer, go to the Library and use theirs, it's free

My son lives a distance away. He calls me every night and we always have plenty to talk about. I am finally getting to see him after a year. I am flying on the 3rd and can't wait for a hug.

There is always a way when you want it bad enough.

Get a job transfer or start looking for another job close to where they live. Unless there's some type of restraining order against you, of course.

trains, busses, cars, airplanes, walking, hitching a ride, go with a friend, sign up for a "drive away", where you move a vehicle for a company for the use of it....
