oops! Here's a carpet company's suggestions:

Blot stain using soft, white, absorbent material

Step 2 : Mix half a teaspoon of an enzyme detergent with one cup of cold water. Apply it to the stain and leave for 5-10 minutes for best results. Rinse with warm water. You may have to rinse it several times to completely remove the residues. Do not use warm or hot water as it may set the stain

Step 3 : Mix two tablespoons of household ammonia in one cup of water. Apply it to the stain and leave it for less than a minute. Blot using soft, absorbent, white material such as paper towel or napkin.

Step 4 : Mix 1/3 cup of white vinegar to 2/3 cup of water. Apply it to the stain and leave it for less than a minute. Blot using soft, absorbent, white material such as paper towel or napkin.

Step 5 : Apply a small amount of 3% hydrogen peroxide (commonly available in the drug or grocery stores) and leave it for 2-5 minutes. Blot using soft, absorbent, white material such as paper towel or napkin.

Step 6 : Rinse with water and blot completely using soft, white, absorbent material.

As quickly as possible absorbe excess liquid and then sprinkle over a liberal amount of talcum powder. Replace powder as it becomes wet. Sponge with clean water and pat dry. If still stained, sponge with diluted liquid detergent or glycerine followed in 30 minutes by clean water. Pat dry.

SPOT SHOT!!

AMAZING!! You blot whatever, then spray it on and blot with a damp cloth, and blot agin. It ab-so-lute-ly disappears!

OR--since noone may be open that sells that---I read where you can blot as much as possible and then put a folded towel on it and leave something HEAVY on the towel till the next day.
