The Philippines. Its not that i am unfaithful to my country. Its just that fruitful things happen after aggression. And war-on-terror would be an inappropriate title, it could be war-on-corrupt politicians and business tycoons. This invasion can be dreadful to anyone espcially to filipinos, but, i guess this is one the ways how to stop the undying ubfairness in the government service, exhaustion of government fundings by the officials, the unnoticed tax evasion by the "lords" of the market, and the mere fact that the poor becomes poorer and the rich becomes richer. Can the government of the United States has the wisest intentions for the Philippines aside from defending their guilty american soldier from being sentenced for violating a woman's right? I think, War-on-terror best applies here...I put humungous rage if i am chosen as one of the soldier. Not against the Philippine government, not to the US government, but to THOSE WHO ARE GUILTY FOR ALL THESE MALPRACTICES.

That answer should be quite simple. For years, America has wanted a location for military purposes in Europe/Asia. They have always tried to use Turkey (see Gulf War of 1991) but were rejected.

In order to have a military build-up, you require a location for your ground troups and artilliary. Iraq is a perfect location since it is central to the oil fields (Iran, Arabia etc.). Thus, they now have a base.

So how does this answer your question? Well, once troops are built up, expect "Iran" to become the next problematic location, and needing U.S. assistence. However, you will only be there for the oil.

How do I know? Well, what happened to Afganistan? Where Bin Laden is supposed to be? Well, that mission is currently being led by Canadian and British forces, with the U.S. having massive troop withdrawals... I Wonder WHY?

Note: Only country in history to use weapons of mass destruction. U.S.A. See Hiroshima.

in our "War on Terror", isn't Bush one of the worst of the terrorists? How many have died because we have a botard for Prez? I don't want to go to anymore funerals with flag covered caskets. Where's John Hinkley Jr. professing his undying love for Jodie Foster when we need him (the guy who shot Reagan)?

A little bit of trivia: Every president who was assasinated was elected in a "0 (zero) year, doesn't "2000" count

Bogus, interesting. We respond to the call of duty because other countries ask us to be their watchdogs when they are in trouble. And as true Americans we put up our life to protect others. Hopefully your not from America or you would know that.
