Yes, cramping is normal especially if your flow is heavy. Your body is contracting and getting rid of the unwanted lining in your uterus. It is perfectly normal.

Yes. The only reason why we experience cramps is because your cervix is dilating (sort of like when you go into labor but not as intense). It hurts alot and some people have different levels of pain. I found that Aleve works the best. I have heard to take it when you first have your period to let it set in and avoid cramps. There is Midol, but it worked for me hours after I took it and I felt digusting when the cramps went away. Going on birth control can also make you feel better. Talk to your doctor for the best way.
You do not bleed more if you take aspirin a few days ahead. Everyone loses about the same amount of blood (within a range). It may seem that way because you do not always get your period the same way. (I mean that some times you may have cramps really badly and then other times, they may not be as badly.) You may feel a little bit sick but that will blow over.

Your should really get that checked out!! Sometimes heavy flow can b/c of fibroids....or many other reasons... it can also result in low hemoglobin count or red blood cell count.
Follow up with your GYN....

sure, the cramps are led to via the muscle groups working to push the contents out of your uterus. The contents that come is what makes up your era. it somewhat is ordinary to experience those cramps as much as a pair of days in the previous you get your era. the final difficulty you're able to do is positioned a warm water bottle on your abdomen and get your mum to offer you some paracetamol. basically take paracetamol based soreness killers in case you're having heavy bleeding as aspirin based painkillers can skinny the blood and make the bleeding worse, it would not do any injury it basically makes it somewhat extra messy.

Yes it is, remember not to take aspirin a couple of day before and during your period because it makes you bleed more. Take Motrin if you are not allergic.
