Same Here Each Time Zone Should Have There Own Ball and Should Only Be Shown At There Time Zone And Not Some other Time Zone

You must be in Central Time Zone. The ball drops in New York, which is in Eastern Time Zone. Just think if you lived in California. You'd watch it drop at 9:00.
