i lost my password for one of my AOL accounts. Whenever I click i forgot my password button and then type in the code it takes me to a screen that says it will e-mail the pass word to my account!!!! How am i supposed to read the e-mail if i can't even get into my AOL account! please! could someone give me a walkthrough on what to do!

Personally, this is terrible. I would recommend opening a new account with a Yahoo email and then see if the two can not be merged or atleast that will give you access. You can also use the Yahoo account to send an email to AOL to try to resolve the issue. support@aol.com Hope this helps and Happy New Year

Call tech support and have them reset it for you.
