for windows or some sort of email account if you are thinking of stealing a password from a friend its called a keylogger but you can also modify cookies which i have not tried because i dont know what i can do with the hash line for the password

IF you are logged on as administrator, you can go to Start/Control Panel/ User Accounts and reset them. I must STRESS that you already be in the system as an administrator!
