yes it is a good product as long as you dont use it more than twice a week...but a less expensive alternative is to use plain old baking soda!!!!!!!! put some in palm of your hand, add water a few drops at a time until it's a paste, then massage all over your face..........rinse rinse rinse with COOL not cold water, and youre all set!!

I used to use St. Ives, but then I started using an astringent and noticed that the scrub was leaving a lot of makeup still on my face! Yuck! It is good as a scrub, but not as the only cleanser. I would suggest using a more effective cleanser and then using the scrub as needed for a good exfoliation.

I like to use the medicated blue one, but I've used both. I think the important part of using this product effectively is to only use it once or twice a week as an exfoliant. Using it every day can cause irritation, especially if you have bemishes, and counteract the good you're trying to do. During the off days, use a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil.

Yes, but you have to be careful with that one. The scrub can be harsh, so if you decide to use it you will want to make sure you add plenty of water and do not scrub at all. Just use your fingertips in small circles over your face and neck

I use it twice a week and I've noticed a considerable change in my skin since I started using it. It really seems to brighten my complexion. I use it before cleaning with a salicylic acid cleaner, like Neutrogena Acne Wash, and then I follow with a moisturizer after my shower. If you follow this regimen, you should notice a huge reform in your skin!

I have some but the walnuts in it can sometimes scratch places where the skin is thin (like under your eyes). It also seems to dry my skin more. I like the sugar and oil scrubs you can find now at bath and body works.

Its ok for for the face as it is pretty gentle, however for the body its a bit too light. Better off with a more coarse scrub for the body , Innoxas mineral spa is soooooo goood!! its rrp$19.95 AU at local pharmacies.

it cleansed my face well. I think it's a good product. It removes dead cells and makes my compexion nice. I stopped using it though because it left a lot of grittiness in my shower. Now I use the Noxema Foaming Face Wash and love it.
