yeah it's possible. ever seen the movie "seven" with kevin spacey and brad pitt? well in one of the scenes, this guy was forced to tie a machete knife infront of a dildo and screw this prostitute with it. picture that! they actually didn't show it, but they showed how the dildo and knife looked like in a picture and explained what happened. in one of the psychology courses i took, some cultures practice a way of having sex where the man or woman goes up top and rips apart the person underneath's eyebrows while doing it. this wouldn't be exactly screwing someone to death but just thought you'd like to know.

Yes it is. Many of the comfort women of Korea and China were brutally gang raped by Japanese soldiers. A lot of them died as a result of vaginal hemorrhaging. I don't think it was a pleasant way for them to go.

Yes! Think politicians. They end up dead in a hotel room of a heart attack after having sex with escorts. It happens all the time for old rich men who have a coronary right after blowing a nut in a young female.

Only way i can think of is if they have a heart attack, and youd have to be really out of shape and old to do that.
