I want the phone number of someone whos unlisted I know their address but there house doesn't show up in searches and I dont wanna pay $40-100 dollars either what should I do?

I know this answer, and the cost is free, but obviously this person unlisted their phone number for a reason (probably you), or else the person would have made sure you had the number.
Be sure to review the stalking/harassment laws in your state.

If it's listed you can call 411 and give the persons full name and address and they'll give you the number. If the number is private you have to contact a locator and give him the full name and address and he'll give you the number, but the locator charges $250. You can find locators numbers on the phone book. I did it and they find the number for me, but I did have to pay the money.

if u know them...just go and ask them...if u hav their address....just go to their house using a navigation system in the car and like make it seem like a coincidence

go to their house and ask them and meet them and then ask. but this does sound suspicous ARE YOU A STALKER! but if ur not that's great...very great...
