Go to www.runescape.com, sign up for the free account or paid account, start playing the game, kill monsters, work on your other skills, etc. Eventually, you'll get to a high level, and you won't be begging.

Um... don't be lazy... RS isn't made for lazy people who do nothing but ask for free "high" leveled accounts all day. Make one yourself and train it up yourself. You can't rely on other people to do the job for you.
