Some people feel that typing in capital letters is yelling at you. I disagree. There are people with eye sight problems and it is easier for them to type and read in capital letters. Doesn't bother me a bit.

It doesn't matter to me if it is caps or lower case..
some people have a problem with it, but I do not...
I have heard that in email etiquette..all caps represents yelling..but I don't think so..
