Yes, actually...it's kinda sad. A girl that's in her early teens can wear a mini skirt with some cute flip flops to school, and hardly turn any heads. Put a slender, pretty thirty year old in a mini skirt, and people will tell her to go stand on the nearest corner. Personally, I think that depending on your body, and how you wear certain clothes, you should be able to wear stuff without people thinking you're a slut.

i think that the age of the wearer can have some opinion but if they're 50 and look 20 no biggy its when people grow out of wat they used to look like and still wear the same cloths that can be considered a bit slutty

I think that it is just practical, smart, prepared and playing it safe. You never know what could happen and it's better to be safe and prepared rather than get in the heat of the moment and do something rash due to a state of arousal.
