I think the normal cycle takes 28 - 35 days, not 30 if I remember correctly. Say your period starts nov 28 and ends dec 3, the next cycle is normally dec 31 or jan 4. It's Ok if you're late 5 days or so sometimes it's just that you are too tired, stressed or catch cold. But if it's more than 35 days, meaning you are late more than 7 days, you maybe severely anemic, pregnant or you need to see a doctor. I used to be like that, until I start drinking wine - believe it or not, now it's more regular.

Average menstrual cycle is 28 days (4 weeks). So 4 weeks from Nov 28 would be Tues Dec 26th. 28 days is only average though, could be a few days shorter or longer.
Do you know if your periods are regular or not? Some women can have erratic lengths of periods (shorter, than longer, etc). Don't freak out! If you don't get your period within 2 weeks of the expected date (Dec 26th) then consider a test.

Periods can be pretty irregular, so there's little point in trying to figure out the exact day. Just count 28 days from the day u start, and know that the next one will be some time around that time. It could be days to weeks late.

Every one's period is different. It may come 20 days later or 28 or 35. If you are just getting it for the first time, it may take months or even a year to become regular, on a schedule you can rely on.

no dear.... no.... it would be the 26th of December. you count every four weeks starting the day you got it. there aren't 28 days in each month, so it will not be the same day of the month each month. unless it you are abnormal & have a really weird coincidence. if you count every four weeks-- say you got it on tuesday nov 28, then you would get it on tuesday dec 26th. there are 28 days in a regular menstural cycle. 7 days in a week goes into 28 4X's, which is why you count every 4 weeks. if you were to stay regular, then you would always get your period on a tuesday, but the date would keep changing.
but that rule can vary depending upon how regular you are. i just keep prepared all the time. you never know. mine stays relatively regular. it will be on the same day of the week for several cycles at a time. after many years... you will start to understand your body's patterns or lack thereof....

i think it should be a 28 day cycle or something, i forget the number. but i'm pretty sure it's every 4 weeks, so not an exact month... and to the notre comment above me, it shouldn't be that unpredictable unless you have an unregular cycle lol and you should probably see a doctor if it stays unregular... but you should be able to read your signs after a while, like cramps and craving and stuff before your period. that's how i can tell

it's supposedly 28 days... you start counting on the first day of your period and on the 28th day, or anywhere around there, you will get it again.
