Faith is best clean and sober: OK! first, diet is most importan! good healthee fud, no junk fud pleese!
Lights weigh lifting essential, fi to ten pound! Cardio 30 minute a day! anyting make sweat! eat proteen! stay way from carb and fry fud. If u gain weighta it because u built muscals! as long as look well, feel well, then good! eat natural fud. drink plentee water! For more please aska me!

Earthygirl: keep searching! sometimes its better to just stay put and let love come to you. You have to find the right guy but going to the wrong place doesnt help. Id say college is a good place to meet people or if you are out, see if there is anyone in your work place. Go out have fun, enjoy the single life. Dont worry about it too much and maybe it will come to you! If your social clock cannot wait any longer then try finding other ways of meeting people, such as internet dating. Im sure you will find someone, dont give up, theres a guy out there looking for YOOO!!!

Jackie: ur little brother needs attention, why dont u go play a board game with him? take this time to bond with each other. As for your candy bar, shouldnt have put it in the microwave in the first place! put it out wiht water or dump it in the sink! careful before smoke reaches the smoke alarms then u will be in deep trouble!
