There is a paranormal thing going on in many schools and I am doing research on this.

I need to know many people you know call Griffin or Grithis.
If are they children or teachers?

I am doing this research because I have found that many teachers are called Griffin more than anywhere else in any other industry.
This is shown to have links with something beyond scientific explination.

Our librarian is named Griffin and swears that our school is built on an ancient Indian burial ground. She also swears that these spirits "talk" to her when she enters a certain building and tell her how unhappy they are about the school. She also things that bad things happen to our school because of this. For instance, one of our students was abducted and murdered and her body dumped not far from the school the second year we opened. Many teachers leave unexpectedly due to emergencies. One of our student's mother committed suicide. A milk truck hit one of our school buses and knocked the driver unconscious sending the bus veering into highway traffic and a student had to press the brakes. Seven students were airlifted to the hospital. People get headaches all the time. A student had an epiletic seizure in the building where she says the sprits all--and he hadn't had one in five years prior to this.

And to top it off--we've only been opened three years. Paranormal or just weird--who knows? Oh yeah, our cafeteria manager is Griffo.

Looking for teachers named Griffin is not the way to go about this. Get a bunch of phone books - NYC, Boston, LA, Denver, etc - and just start calling or something and asking for professions. I have never noticed this, and have NO idea why you think there maybe a paranormal explanation even if it does happen, seeing how there has NEVER been proof of the paranormal. If it is true, don't you think it could just be a conincidence?

our local Jr.High is said to be built on an ancient Indian burial ground and is haunted.
It has an elevator for the handicapped and once a coach saw a girl walk in and he ran to the second floor but when the doors opened ,nobody was there.
People always claim to see a young girl dressed in Indian type attire.
I was a chaperon at a dance one time at that school and I saw the side door open, when I went outside to see who it was, nobody was outside.
I DON'T believe in ghosts but was not sure what it was.
