The movie, sort of like a documentary, is basically about a girl who hates the world and that's all I remember about it, but I remember the end. At the end the director (or something like that) says listen closely or something like that and white noise appears (when the screen turns "static-like" with the white and black dots "chasing" eachother) then a girl whispers "go kill yourself." This might be a local film, and I saw it in California.

It was a pretty old movie (90's), and I don't think there were any famous people (well like really well known people) in it.

May have been "Girl Interrupted" with Angelena Jole and Wynonna Rider? Just a guess.
