He's very inconsistent. When he's played well, he's been great. When he's bad, it's like he's playing for the other team and throwing passes directly to them. I assume he hasn't been benched because Griese may not be much better - at least he didn't look that much better last night against the Packers. Do the Bears really have any other options at this time???

No. Don't fire Grossman. He has the best potential on that team. He is still young and can get the ball down the field. Honestly, Greise had his chances in Tampa Bay and Denver. He couldn't get it done. Kyle Orton doesn't have the arm or the guts to push the ball down the field.
The Bears are still a young team. They will be good for a couple of years to come. The Bears should try to work with Grossman during the offseason to improve his mechanics. Maybe they should hire him a good QB coach. He won't ever be great but he is the best the Bears have, like it or not.

Well, I don't know. Grossman had a great start leading the Bears. However, in today's game versus the Packers, he has so far thrown 3 INT in the 1st half. Lets see what he does in the playoffs. But since the Bears did make the playoffs mainly because of the defense, let us wait till next year to see if Rex can rebound or will Brian Griese take his place.

Kyle Orton leads the Bears to 10 wins as a rookie who's thrown into the fire. This year he becomes invisible.
He has the arm - he has guts ---- what he does not have is the confidence of Lovey who is in love with Rex.

I'm not sure why he's out there.
He has got to be the WORST starting QB in the league. Can anyone think of a starting QB that is worse than Grossman?

Have you ever seen Brian Griese play in Denver, Miami, or Tampa Bay? He was awful. If I were a Bears fan, I'd take Grossman over Griese or Orton.

AMEN HE NEEDS TO GET FIRED! I cant stand the Bears but I think its sad that they have homefeild advantage and there quarterback has a 0.0 rating in the Packers game.

just be glad the bears are in the playoffs.grossman did very well the start of the season,but has really taking a tail-spin the last five games.i don't think he will decide the bears fate.right now it looks like the defence.
