Firstly,
We should see what type of messenger u use and how the voice quality is..the consumption may vary from .002GB to .0010GB per minute according to the voice quality the messenger give u...
Good voice messenger like skype,netphone etc consump high bandwidth but messenger like yahoo,Window messenger,Paltalk,Icq consump low bandwidth...

Depends on the codec used.

You state that you are using a 100kb/s codec, so one hour at 100kb/s would be 360Mb/h which is 45MB per hour of recording. You asked for the figure to be in GB, so that would be about 0.043 GB.

(((100 * 60 * 60)/8)/1024)/1024

If possible look into using a MP3 codec, at 56k mono. For voice that would be more than sufficient and would use half the amount of space.
