Reading and Age Group?

I am currently in high school, and I am wondering if reading middle school books would still benefit me. If not, can anyone recommend me some books that would help me improve my English...or atleast keep me stimulated?

If you want to increase your exposure to English, any sort of reading would be beneficial. Unless you need to read books for some sort of educational requirement, the time you spend researching topics of your choice over the internet should be able to provide you with the stimulating topics and exposure you are searching for.
