If he ended things, then all you are trying to do is find closure for yourself somehow. It's really over, but I know that can be harder to accept than it is to say even though you might not want to get back together.
It's 2007 soon. The past has passed. I'm not going to try to tell you how to cut the final cord because Heaven knows I have been guilty of dragging it out on more than one ocassion:)
But Scorpio, your career, reputation or formal education has been demanding for some time, and that's going to get easier in about 8 months, and you're going to make a lot of progress if you choose to take advantage of opportunities to build your personal wealth, and suprises in your romances are going to be the norm for another 2-4 years, so deal with it and move on.

Two things about Libra men: #1 - They like juggling a lot of things at once, but they don't really handle pressure well. Thats why your guy is acting like that. If you really like him, be he bigger person. Send him a text (if he's not answering the phone), tell him you know he's under a lot of pressure and offer to help him with...whatever. #2 - Yes, all Libras are inconsistent. They wanna be able to help everyone, so they are constantly over-extending themselves.

I am not meaning to insult you or be rude. I do not think he will really give you a chance to to apologize right now. He will have to come to terms with what has happened between the both of you first. Give him a little more time, like say 6 months. I am telling you this out of experience.
