Find the old horn and splice into the wire and have both work at the same time , or unplug the old horn and have the new one work only.

Generally speaking, you should be able to remove the old horn, install the new one( maybe have to drill a hole ) and connect the same connector. Are you sure that the horn is the problem ? It could be the horn relay or the horn switch. Or for that matter you would want to check the fuse in case it got shorted out. I understand budgets, but you might want to consult a mechanic.

94 pontiac has ONE wire going to the horn, that wire is a "hot" or Positive wire, the ground comes off of the chassis. most aftermarket horns accomidate this type of connection by having a single terminal, if however you decide your gonna mount the horn away from the factory mounting point such as on a plastic body part, you will also need to run a second Ground wire from the frame of the car to the frame of the horn. as stated before, test operation if it works good! if not check the fuse!

There should only be two wires, hook them up to Ur existing
horn wires and give it a try or a (toot). If still no horn, check
5 amp fuse in accessory or horn slot, probably blown, replace it
if needed then is should work for sure.

If you are just adding a horn find old horn on vehicle and tap into the wires going to it.
