The Kansas City Chiefs just had a really lucky day, I mean with Trent Green throwing 2 interceptions and then him getting sacked pretty hard and making his knee and ankle go in an awkward position and then getting hit extremely hard by the Jaguars doesnt help him even though his concussion is gone, and then they put him in he throws and the Jags didnt get that interception and then the guys start pushing each other and all this and that they should of just left Damon Huard after they took Trent Green out, and that was an almost loss game 35-30, then Cincinnati and Tennessee lost bothi n favor of the Chiefs, and then Denver was winning like 13-0 and then the 49ers were winning and that game ended up going into overtime and then kicking a 36 yard field goal and winning with a 1:56 left in OT wow that was an awesome day for the Chiefs but I dont know how far they are going to get since Kansas City kind of sucks in everything sports related and the Chiefs havent made it that far in so many years.

After having a 10-6 record last year and not making the playoffs, the Chiefs deserved to get lucky. If the Chiefs play like they did in games three through eleven ( a span in which they posted a 7-2 record ), they could take it all the way. Yeah....what a great New Years !

Let's give props to Bill Cowher and Mike Nolan for having their teams read to play and not just mailing in the season. Especially with both of their teams on the road with nothing to play for except pride.

Like I said, anything can happen in the NFL... Now the Chiefs have a good matchup (Larry Johnson vs Colts Run Defense).

I was sick to my stomach all day about how they were just barely going to not make it.

when the announcer on denver/49ers game called the field goal a miss I almost burst into tears, then BF said "no no it's good!" and I said WHAT?????? and sat there in a state of stunned disbelief. When they put up the final score I still couldn't believe it. Then I started jumping around and then I called my dad in KC and said whoooooooooooooooeeeeeee!

I've spent the rest of the evening in a happy state of happy dazed happy happy. Happy happy happy. okay, gonna go be happy about new years eve now. YEAAAAAA
