Yes Alex Jones predicted 9/11 from his own knowledge of how the scum operate. The tell tale signs were all over the news at the time from the controlled mainstream media. All these cooked up stories they run and read off a teleprompter are propaganda but when you know what they are trying to do you can read between the lines. If you're referring to Nostradamous, people who believe in him say so. But he said lots of things, everything was so vague that it could be applied to anything. I can stub my toe and find a Nostradamous quote that predicts it.
As for the FBI and CIA, as far as the public knows they had no foresight.
