What could be more heinous than sexually abusing a child? I think execution by the most painful way possible is the way to go, even if the offender was once abused themselves, stop the cycle!!!

There is no rehab for these sick perverted scumbags and they should die in public view, where we can all see it if we choose, the potential for someone else witnessing this execution and then acting out the crime would be a lot less than now, they get a slap on the hand and 3 meals and medical and more rights than the victims and the families. It makes me sick. i'd pull the lever. Have a lottery for the act of kindness to the victims family. A child that is harmed by some sick scumbag is never the same and therefore the scumbag needs to be gone...period.

Legally no, but morally I support your view.

If you destroy a child's life like that then those effects will last for generations. A recent show on the Discovery Channel, The Most Evil, was about a psychiatrist who made a career of examining the most heinous criminals and he found that of all the serial killers he interviewed everyone of them were the subject of sexual abuse as a child. Almost all serial killer crimes and similar crimes have a sexual component to their crimes.

I don't like the idea of killing someone just for having sex, but I really hate the idea of breeding serial killers. I won't say that this will stop serial killers, we don't know everything about how twisted the mind can get, and a lot of abuse is unreported. But, I feel that we need to take pedophile crimes much more seriously. If we release these people then we, as a society, have to make sure that they never offend again. Chemical and actual castration doesn't work, because it doesn’t change the mindset of the criminal. In fact since they are sexually frustrated it only makes the problem worse.

One solution is to lock them up for life, but even if we do that won't guarantee that they don't offend again. Security isn't perfect and as long as the sexual predators are alive they are a dangerous potential.

Murder is never the proper solution, and making it painful is only seeking revenge, but in a flawed world sometimes only a flawed solution is the one that we can use. People claim that the Death Penalty is never a deterrent for murders, but they forget the habitual murders. John Wayne Gacy (who was sexually abused as a child and later became a serial killer) will never kill anyone again, and in his last statements he said that if he were released he would return to being a serial killer. If he stayed in prison then there would always be the danger that he could escape, and he would be a continuing threat to the guards and other prisoners. Charles Manson inspired a series of horrific murders, but he wasn’t found guilty of committing them. So he was sentenced to be locked in prison for the rest of his natural life, with no possibility of parole. He is still as crazy as ever, he has even had a swastika branded on his forehead. If he spent even 10 minutes on the outside then he would do the best he could to inspire chaos and murder. I have to admit that I would rather see him executed, and I would wish the same fate on some child abusers and pedophiles.

Execution pedophiles is not the answer. If I had the main decision on what to do with repeated pedophiles, the options I would support would first jail. Many inmates don't tolerates pedophiles, and the chances of surviving is not in there favorite. Once released, (if he still alive) they should be given permanent medication to reduce the excitement, and closely monitor by neighbors and police.

Many schools and parents fail to educate their children about protecting themselves from child molesters. One last statement.
Not all pedophiles are men, I know two cases where the male child was molested by their kindergarten teacher who was female. The child behavior changed after wards. Many people hates Micheal Jackson because of the sick acts he committed, but it makes me wonder how much money the parents where paid.

what replies you got lol. genetics? I doubt it. If the offender was abused themselves they should know it's wrong and how it feels to be a victim and not want anyone else to suffer that way, that's no excuse. All in all, people always have excuses for what they did, they don't want to accept they are responsible for what they do. Abusing a child is sick, mentally sick, and they should be castrated so there is no chance of rape or if it's a male preditor then pregnancy, and then put in a mental institution or somewhere together until they are executed.

There is no excuse for paedophilia whether it is genetic or acquired. It might be unfortunate for the paedophile but our first responsibility should be to our children and once an offender has been identified we should take whatever steps are required to ensure they do not offend again. Giving them the choice to take medication is not acceptable so they should be given the choice of being neutered, locked up for the rest of their lives or executed.
I believe depriving a child of it's innocence is the worst crime committed by any human being.

I say let the punishment fit the crime, first offence: you get counceling and treatment, if you are a repeat offender then death by lethal injection sounds good to me.
The second part of this is for Dixon: Man you need to get a grip,
there is genorations of welfare recipeants, and i understand that it gets old after awhile but I think you go to far when you sterotype welfare people as drug abusers, and bums.

Once a person has committed this type of crime they should be removed from society. It is said that this type of behavior can never be corrected. There are three possibilities - one is to keep them in prison for life - two is to create a colony of pedophiles and let them live together in a prison like atmosphere - 3 is to execute them just as you say,.

I was told by my Sociology professor that pedophiles can't be rehabilitated. Yes, I think they need to be put down, much like a vicious dog. Our children are just to precious! They must be protected! I'm tired of hearing about the rights of the accused. What about our kids?
