LOL - this is a response to that other person right?

There isn't any way to screen anyone by race without appearing racist.

Screen all employees (of all colors), then you don't look racist, b/c you aren't being racist...

Why are you wanting to screen your "WHITE EMPLOYEES"? Are you having a problem with just your white employees? Have you considered that the problem may be that you've employed human beings, and the problem isn't just with the white ones?
