Were Phoenician artifacts found in N. America from over 1,000 years ago?

Apparently there are Phoenician and Hebrew inscriptions in North America. They are in New Mexico. Whether this is true or not, I am not sure. There have also been Phoenician inscriptions in South America too in Brazil. As well as Roamn coins too. It is also believed that "America's Stonehenge" in North Salem, New Hampshire might be Phoenician in origin. It really is hard to say if they came to America, but there is a little evidence.
