it really depends on your skin type and skin strength. if you dont clean your face regularly, you probably just need a good skin cleaning regement, then after you cleanse for a few weeks if the problem still exist, you can add on an acne repair cream. something with either benzyl peroxide or salicidic acid. Im not just promoting clinique since i used to work there, but they have excellent products at a good price, and they train their consultants to know skin and how it works. so i would recommend going to a clinique counter and speaking to one of their consultants. make sure you talk to someone who has been there a while because would have gone to several training classes and will really know there stuff.

I have a treatment that has resulted in me getting the best answer four times. Each time, the user said it worked great! I'll copy and post it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Well, the best thing you can do is wash your face twice everyday! And make sure the stuff your using isn't to severe for that much use too! Just remember, Cleanse, Tone, Moisterize! Oh and another thing, make sure you get a moisterizer that is a acne fighting moisterizer! Don't use too much, and don't use it before bed!

I used to use Cetaphil, which worked at first but it's not very good anymore. Actually, I just started using Clearasil ultra and it works very well.

I've heard proactiv works but I know people who use it, and it depends on your skin. What I mean is it works better for some people than others.

well it depends on your skin type! i have oily skin so i hav e to use products designed for such and i have to use my hands to wash my face and i use an astringent, and re-moisturize.

so go to the store and look at the products and try for your skin type, you need a gentle cleanser, astringent, night cream.

and once every 2 weeks or week you need a gentle exfoliator, astringent, and day cream.

with spf if you can only for daytime use, when you go outside
