I force myself to read them. What I hate is choosing a best answer among 46 answers. I usually give up. I am afraid to give short short answers because they usually are insufficient. I like 10 points also... and to be helpful.

I just wrote a very long answer so I'm a bit prejudiced. My view...if someone thought enough of the question to ask it, it's worth reading. Same for answers. Everybody has something to teach me...if only that I don't want to learn any more from this person. I try to learn from others, and if their question, or answer is long, perhaps there is more to learn, or perhaps not. But I have to read to learn whether I did learn or not. Make sense?

I don't avoid long questions, but I have seen some answers that seem to go on forever.

Not really because it is polite and decency to read long questions and answers. Sometimes you can learn from the long ones than you can from the short.

Nope, cause i ask long questions most of the time so i make myself read those long questions, theres a reason why its long and most of the time its because the person needs help badly.

No. If I start reading them it's because they interest me and I usually read them through to the very end. I only avoid them if they sound boring to me.

I wish answers were all short and concise but it is not always possible to give a short one.Ienjoy reading long ones as well as short,so I will make this as short as possible.

patience & attittude, sometimes the rediculous(long question) is obivious it can't be handled in a snap because there are surrounding issues that once the question is half out it causes a flood of information and what to do with it.

It all depends. If im lazy i avoid reading them, but if im not, i read them. I think it depends mainly on your mood, and attitude towards stuff, that makes you wanna do that kinda stuff
