I used to lie under the bed ( so my mum wouldn't hear me ) clothes listening on my bakelite transistor radio to Radio Luxemberg coming and going ................. anyone with simliar memories?

when i was a little girl i used to hide under my blankets with a book and a flash light and read weell into the night. nancey drew and trixie beldon and all kinds of fun books like that. lol, thank you for the trip down memory lane. happy new year.

Wow .. what a great memory. I grew up on Missouri (midwest US) I only remember the night air coming through the screen, hearing distance thunder rolling and whipporwhils. It was great. I miss that.
But your memory is great too.

once i was a lil girl my happiest memory was when i was about 8 1/2 i got a liter and hairspray bottle lit & pushed & then chased the neighborhood cat, then my brother, some random guy in a car, & then torched my barbies cuz i always thought they were evil. another memory was when i used to rip the barbie's heads off and shove firecrackers in thier body and lite it on fire!!!
(yes i know i'm a pyro)

Eh...sort of. I'd never hide from mum though because she would feed me cookies before I went to bed each night. It's a wonder I don't weigh 300 kg.

i was never a little boy!!!!
when i was younger my friends and i used to listen to the Take That album 5 times are pretend to be different members on each listen!!
