Agree with Holla. A friend of mine owns a vintage store. She mends all the stuff herself. A. because alternatives are expensive and B. some dry cleaners don't want the liabilty of cleaning and mending vintage clothes. P.S. Mostly at the cleaners they do slight alterations like hemming and cuffing.

A GOOOD EXPERIENCED DRY CLEANER, MAYBE LIKE A MOM AND POP SHOP, NO SO MUCH AN INDUSTRIAL TYOE DRY CLEANERS CAN MOST LIKELY HELP YOU OUT,OR IF YOU CAN FIND A GOOD SEAMSTRESS.....
