When my family makes joking comments about me?
I love my animals (dog and cat) and my family always says to me that I will never have any kids, and that I will just raise animals my whole life.
Why does it hurt me so much?

it hurts me even more because my sister never lets me spend any quality time with her daughter, it makes me feel like i cant be trusted with a baby, and when my fmaily says these things, its like they all agree id be a bad mother.

It hurts you because you're human. No one likes to be put down, no matter what they say.
Now...sometimes people are joking and their intent is to just tease you and no serious intent is there. So you should talk to them. Tell them it bothers you. That's my advice.
If they're serious, then that's too bad. Do your best to ignore their comments.

It hurts you because you know the passion that you have for animals,but you just can't get ur family to get on the same stand point with you. Don't feel bad just try to ignore them or if you have to just join in and laugh right along with them.

Because you want them to support you and the choices you make, but if they are constantly making fun of you for them, you sometimes feel like they don't love, respect, or support you and that hurts because love, respect, and support is what being a family is supposed to be about.

Because you let it hurt you so much. Your painful answer points to your own desire to have kids as a higher good/goal. Your people are just putting the acid in where the wound already exists.

It hurt so much becasue it's coming from the people that you care about and the people that care about you. and if it hurts that bad then I would tell them how you feel. And with your sister I would also tell her that you would like a chance to be with her kid and what her to trust you.

I don't know why it hurts you, frankly I would tell them that they are probably right and that my pets love me unconditionally, just as I am, and that it's too bad I don't have a human family who can do so as well.

It hurts because they're mocking you. It's wrong to do that, but families can often be hellholes.
