What is going on down at Silliman College on Wall Street?

I do inspections down there. The Silliman College Renovation and Restoration project is going on. Elevators are being added, fire protection upgrades, Asbestos removal and wood work around all fireplaces being restored. Service and electrical upgrades, Bathroom make overs and rooms being added in attic sections. It will look great when complete. The Van-Sheff portion of Silliman is also being worked on including re-pointing of limestone and working on copper flashing and drains, slat roofs everything basically.
