Can one man live with multiple wives or girlfriends? The latter because you can't marry more than one woman legally.

No, don't be greedy. Are you prepared for multiple mothers-in-laws?

LOL Guys always think having multiple wives would be so great, so lemme just lay it out for you.

Instead of one woman mad at you because you didn't notice her new hairstyle, now you have four, and each one is egging the other on to be madder than she would have been had it just been her.

Instead of one woman griping because you never put the toilet seat down, you now have four, all commiserating about how insensitive men are and whipping themselves up into a frenzy.

Instead of one woman teasing you about something, you have four of them all egging each other on and trying to outdo the others with whatever they're goofing on you about.

Come on, have you never seen what happens when a bunch of girlfriends get together and start rippin on men? You really want to be MARRIED to all of that? Lord have mercy on your soul, because they sure won't hahaha!

Three is the ideal number. You'll always have two ganging up on the third, who can be your current favorite. Then women being women, the two who ganged up will try and stab each other in the backs and get pally with the third, so you have a new gang of two, and a new favorite. Then they'll be some tears and more bitchin and back stabbing and a new gang and a new favorite.

There was a time when this question would have really upset me but the older I get the more I kind of like the idea. There would be one to do the cooking, one to clean, one to do laundry one to go shopping , one to take care of the kids , one that could go to work all day and one that could spend her day waiting on you hand and foot. Sounds good huh? I want this too except I want all men. lol. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Love, and a marriage is like a fine wine! You can spread it around but that makes what is in the bottle less valuable until there is nothing left. It is better to concentrate it in one glass, or one relationship, so that it remains very special and valuable.

My son is in this very situation and he says drop them both he has double the headache--but he does say to get a place of your own and then you have the option to go visit one at a time and also to leave when you want--Really no lie he says so--from a man who knows this--PS He is putting out the word that if you want both of his come and get them-- :-)

are you muslim? if it's legal and allowed in your religion then it's okay. and as long as you can sustain your families w. those wives..
but for me, i think one wife is enough. marrying someone is not just about love but it's also about committing yourself to the person you're marrying...
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It's theoretically possible, but most people have a tough time with it. It is an unstable situation.

In some culures, a man can marry as many wifes,as long as he can afford to support them and their children, sufficiently.

Not legally in the U.S. They can ILLEGALLY if they ALL agree and it is due to religious convictions. But if caught here in the U.S. he will be living with multiple "boyfriends" in prison.

Historically, it has depended on culture and economic support ability. These days it also depends on recognition of rights and respect for all parties.
