Since his name is not on the birth certificate, I assume paternity was never established and he was never ordered by the court to pay child support. If that’s the case, then, no, you can’t go back now at 34 and request it.
On the other hand, if paternity was established and he was ordered to pay child support and failed to pay it, then he still owes it, but that money is owed to your mother, not to you.

If he is not on the birth certificate probably not.Why would you want to make him pay back child support if you are not sure if its true or not.

yup cause my neighbor still recvs child alimony and her kid is 30. ole daddy never paid and so he died last year and the new kids had to split the inheritance because of back child alimony.
