In Return of the Jedi when Yoda was dying, he said "There is another Skywalker." Luke felt it through the force and confirmed it through the spirit of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Watch them all again! They're awesome!

Luke Skywalker already had a hunch after ESB, but it was Ben Kenobi who really told him. In Return of the Jedi, Obi-wan talks to him about the dark side and Darth Vader being his father. Luke then realizes for sure that Leia was his sister because he knew there was another Skywalker and because Ben told him.

Luke found out at Yoda's house on Dagobah. Yoda's dying words were "There is another Skywalker" Later, Obi-Wan Kenobi confirmed it. Then on Endor, he told Leia that he was his brother and Darth Vader was their father.

not till the end of the last movie. the one with the ewoks. that was a suprise! if you read the books you will find out more about the skywalker and solo familys. the series are great.

Near the end of Return of the Jedi. I believe "Ghost" Yoda told him but it took him a few minutes to figure it out.
