I have a 2002 Acura. 2 times out of 3, when i start engine, the pass. side low beam headlight is not on, the Daytime Running Light (DRL) is flashing from the instrument panel and there is a continous buzz sound. It may go away after I drive a while. Sometimes it is perfectly fine when I turn on the engine. High beam lights always work. it is NOT the bulb because i swap and replace the bulbs.

make sure relay is tight in connector and try swapping it out with another. relays will buzz when they are bad or have bad ground. i think its a bad connection, probably ground somewhere., or connection where power splits to passenger headlight.

Good probability is that its the pigtail (socket), open the hood and wiggle the socket, if the light turns on/off, change the bulb, if taht doestn't help, change the socket, you should change the bulb anywas when you cange a socket.

Check the socket the bulb goes into and try to trace the ground wire (usually black) back to make sure the ground is good.
