You are stuck. Sometimes lawyers drag things out to give you time to reconcile. Sometimes the docket is busy. Family court eats up a lot of court time.

It might not be YOUR lawyer, it might be HIS lawyer or it might be the courts. Divorces take time, sometimes years.

deny payment they work for money so you are the boss so put your foot down and dock his pay.....
